It's English and not anything else, follow the instructions.

1. Verbs that end with the prepositions OF, IN, ON, AT, FROM uses gerunds on the following verbs.

3. Used to + ing
4. Avoid + ing
5. Enjoy +ing
6. Excuse + ing
7. Stop + ing
8. Start + ing
9. Finish + ing
10. Mind (Object to)+ ing
11. practice + ing
12. Remember + ing
13. Risk + ing
14. Busy + ing
15. it's no use + ing
16. it's no good + ing
